# Quên mật khẩu trên App Meey Map

* Bước 1: Người dùng bấm chọn “Đăng nhập” ở trên bên góc phải màn hình.

* Bước 2: Người dùng nhập số điện thoại (chính chủ) và bấm “Tiếp tục”.

* Bước 3: Người dùng bấm chọn nút “Quên mật khẩu”

\-        Bước 4: Người dùng nhập mã OTP được gửi về Zalo.

Người dùng có thể chọn cách thức gửi mã OTP qua tin nhắn SMS hoặc Zalo bằng cách bấm vào nút “Lựa chọn phương thức khác”

* Bước 5: Người dùng đặt mật khẩu mới và xác nhận Mật khẩu mới. Mật khẩu xác thực mới nên là mật khẩu có chữ in hoa, chữ thường và số.
